"Discovered this little coffee takeout shop while exploring Zurich in the beginning of our trip. We found ourself back in the neighborhood at the end and became regulars, grabbing coffee in the morning before heading off. They make it easy to order, grab and go! Sometimes there's a line, which goes quickly, and sometimes there's none. My favorite part is that my friend dropped her coffee as we crossed the street just after ordering. They were so kind and replaced it without charging her for another. The service is top notch, friendly and skilled in latte art! Highly recommend this place if you come across it or are staying nearby!"

"I don’t really understand these reviews I just paid 5 francs for a mid americano from a place I cannot even sit down to drink it at. Good coffee? Seen better for less money Good ambiance? No ambiance. Staff was not overwhelmingly nice nor rude. You have to queue up in the middle of the street in a tight corner What am I not getting about this place getting 4.8/5? Maybe you guys are doing something that I personally just didn’t understand. In any case, I hope you guys keep doing well, there seems to be a lot of people that are very happy about this place, just not me!"

"The so called best coffee of Zürich. Eventhough you might see a long queue this shouldn’t discourage you, as it goes very fast! All coffees can be served with the type of milk you want. Its a bit pricey but worth it for real coffee lovers!"

"I like ViCafe a lot especially the consistency around all of their branches to offer great coffee. Today was my first time trying the ice cappuccino which fits amazing with the hot weather that we had :))"

"Mostly for take away. The coffee was okay, good, but not particularly well made. I ordered a small flat white which I thought was rather large when I got it and therefore too milky for a flat white. We got there in the morning at about 9:00am and it felt quite rushed at that hour. But if you’re in the area, the coffee is not bad."
